Refund & Returns Policy – ASKYDigital FZ-LLC
1. General Policy
At ASKYDigital, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and transparent return practices. Returns and refunds are accepted under the conditions outlined below.
2. Returns Eligibility (14-Day Window)
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and seals are intact
- The product is in resalable condition
- The item must not be activated, registered, or linked to any user account (e.g., Apple ID, iCloud, Google account).
- Returned items must match the original serial number and IMEI recorded at the time of dispatch.
Non-eligible cases:
- Opened or activated devices (unless defective)
- Used or damaged products due to customer handling
- Missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation
Note:
All returns are subject to inspection and approval upon receipt.
Customers are responsible for removing all personal data, accounts, and security locks from the device before returning it. ASKYDigital is not responsible for any data remaining on returned devices.
Returns that do not meet the stated conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
3. Change of Mind / Customer Error
Returns for the following reasons are accepted within 14 days, subject to the conditions below:
- Wrong model, color, storage, or variant selected
- Change of mind after purchase
Conditions:
- Item must remain unopened and unused
- Return shipping cost is borne by the customer
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Additional Note:
Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment unless otherwise agreed by ASKYDigital.
ASKYDigital reserves the right to apply a reasonable restocking or handling fee where applicable.
4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If the product is:
- Dead on Arrival (DOA)
- Physically damaged upon delivery
- Incorrect item delivered
DOA refers to products that are not functioning upon first use and have not been damaged due to misuse or external factors.
Customer must:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide supporting evidence, such as:
- Clear photos of the issue
- Unboxing video is strongly recommended for high-value items and may be required in certain cases to process claims.
Resolution:
- Replacement, or
- Full refund (if replacement is not available)
In certain cases, the product may need to be assessed by the manufacturer or authorized service center before confirming eligibility for replacement or refund.
Resolution (replacement or refund) will typically be completed within 3–7 business days after verification.
If a return is rejected after inspection, the product will be shipped back to the customer at their expense and no refund will be issued.
Shipping for Defective Returns:
- Return shipping cost will be covered by ASKYDigital for defective or incorrect items.
ASKYDigital is not responsible for defects arising due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications after delivery.
5. Product Inspection at Delivery
Customers are strongly advised to inspect the product at the time of delivery.
- Any visible damage should be reported immediately
- Acceptance of delivery confirms the product is received in externally acceptable condition, without visible damage or tampering, except for hidden or functional defects reported within the specified timeframe.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
- Customers may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.
- Refunds for cancelled orders (before dispatch) will be processed within 3–5 business days.
7. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection approval and successful receipt of returned item
- Refund processing timelines begin after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
- Customers must provide valid bank details for COD refunds. ASKYDigital is not responsible for delays due to incorrect banking information.
- Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method where possible.
- Refunds will be issued via:
- Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
- Bank transfer (for COD orders)
- Any applicable deductions (such as shipping charges or restocking fees, where applicable) will be applied before processing the refund.
- Unboxing video is strongly recommended for high-value items and may be required to validate claims in certain cases.
8. Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges (including express delivery fees, where applicable) are non-refundable.
Return shipping cost is:
- Customer responsibility (for change-of-mind returns)
- Covered by ASKYDigital (for defective or incorrect items)
9. Warranty Disclaimer
- Products may be UAE or international variants. Manufacturer warranty availability may vary by region.
- Where manufacturer warranty is not applicable, ASKYDigital may provide a limited seller warranty only if explicitly stated on the product page.
10. Non-Returnable Items
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or activated smartphones, tablets, or laptops (unless defective)
- Products with tampered or removed serial numbers
- Accessories and consumables (if opened)
- Items damaged due to misuse, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs
Abuse/ Fraud / Force Majeure:
ASKYDigital reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraudulent claims, or repeated return patterns.
Processing timelines may be affected by events beyond our control (force majeure), including logistics disruptions or regulatory changes.

All policies are governed by and comply with applicable UAE consumer protection laws and regulations.
