Shipping Policy – ASKYDigital FZ-LLC
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver orders within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1 business day (up to 24 hours) after order confirmation and successful payment or COD verification, excluding Fridays and public holidays
- Orders placed outside working hours will be processed on the next business day
3. Delivery Options and Timelines
Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain
Express Delivery (Same Day – within 8 working hours)
Same-day delivery applies to orders confirmed before 2:00 PM (subject to product availability and delivery slot capacity). Orders placed after this time will be delivered on the next business day.
- Available between 09:00 – 18:00 (UAE Local Time, GMT+4)
- Excludes Fridays and public holidays
Standard Delivery
- Typical delivery timeframe:1–2 business days

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on order value and delivery location and are displayed at checkout.
Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain
Express Delivery (8 hours)
- Free for orders greater than or equal to AED 10,000
- AED 100 for orders less than AED 10,000
Standard Delivery
- Free for orders greater than or equal to AED 2,000
- AED 20 for orders less than AED 2,000
Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah
Standard Delivery
- Free for orders greater than or equal to AED 6,000
- AED 100 for orders less than AED 6,000
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for eligible products and locations.
- Orders may require confirmation via WhatsApp or phone prior to dispatch.
- Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled.
ASKYDigital reserves the right to restrict or decline COD orders based on order value, location, customer history, or risk assessment.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- WhatsApp / SMS / Email confirmation
- Tracking details (where applicable)
7. Delivery Requirements
Customers are required to:
- Be available at the delivery address
- Provide accurate shipping address and contact details
Failure to accept delivery may result in:
- Order cancellation
- Restrictions on future COD orders
ASKYDigital is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Repeated refusal of delivery may result in restrictions on future orders, including prepaid-only requirements.
8. Inspection at Delivery
Customers are advised to inspect the product at the time of delivery. For high-value items, delivery may require identity verification or signature upon receipt.
Customers are strongly encouraged to record an unboxing video for high-value items.
- Any visible damage should be reported immediately
- Acceptance of delivery confirms that the package was received in externally acceptable condition, without visible damage or tampering.
Re-delivery attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect address may incur additional delivery charges.
However, customers may still report hidden or functional defects within the timelines specified in our Refund & Returns Policy.
9. Partial Shipment
Orders may be fulfilled in multiple shipments depending on product availability, at no additional shipping cost to the customer unless otherwise communicated.
10. Delays and Exceptions
Delivery delays may occur due to:
- High demand or peak periods
- Courier or logistics issues
- Weather or unforeseen circumstances
This includes events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed in such cases.
11. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments
If your order is:
- Lost in transit
- Delivered damaged
- Incorrect item received
You must report the issue within:
- 48 hours of delivery (for damaged or incorrect items)
- As soon as possible (for non-delivery cases)
Supporting evidence may be required:
- Photos
- Unboxing video (recommended)
After verification, we will arrange:
- Replacement, or
- Full refund (if replacement is not available)
Resolution (replacement or refund) will typically be completed within 3–7 business days after verification.
Claims reported after the specified timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
ASKYDigital is not responsible for issues arising after delivery acceptance, except where covered under the Refund & Returns Policy.
12. Relationship with Returns Policy
Shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds are interconnected.
Customers are advised to review our Refund & Returns Policy, which includes:
- 14-day return eligibility (for unused items)
- Conditions for change-of-mind returns
- Defect reporting timelines
Return Shipping Responsibility:
- Customer bears return shipping cost for change-of-mind returns
- ASKYDigital covers return shipping cost for defective or incorrect items
13. Risk Transfer
Responsibility for the product passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the provided address and acceptance by the customer or recipient.
